Warrior Wellness was created for people who want to feel stronger, more capable, and more at home in their bodies – without pressure, perfection, or punishment. This isn’t about grinding or chasing someone else’s version of “fit.” It’s about building sustainable strength, improving mobility, and creating habits to support your real life, right where you are. I’m a Certified Personal Trainer with years of experience working with people who are just beginning, returning to movement after time away, navigating pain, stress, or inconsistency. I also coach from lived experience. My own body doesn’t fit a “perfect form“ mold – I have significant scoliosis, as well as other chronic health challenges and have learned firsthand that strong, healthy movement doesn’t look the same for everyone. That perspective shapes everything I do here: thoughtful programming, respect for individual differences, and an emphasis on listening to your body instead of overriding it. At its core, Warrior Wellness is about meeting yourself with respect and moving forward in a way that is supportive and repeatable. Progress isn’t measured in extremes, but by consistency, confidence, and how you feel day to day. The goal isn’t to do more, it’s to do what you can sustain, and to build strength, resilience, and trust in your body over time.

Is this program good for beginners or people with chronic pain?
Yes. Warrior Wellness programs are designed to meet you where you are, whether you’re new to strength training, returning after time away, or managing, chronic pain. Workouts are built with flexibility, recovery, and real life variability in mind. Strong days and gentle days are both part of the process.
How many days a week do I need to work out?
Most programs are designed around 2 to 3 training days per week, with optional recovery, mobility, or short “fitness snack” sessions. Consistency matters more than intensity, and the goal is to support your life – not take it over.
What if I miss a week or need to take things slower?
That’s expected. Life, stress, and pain fluctuate, and your training should be able to adapt. You can pause, adjust, or scale sessions as needed without “falling behind.“ Progress here is measured overtime, not by perfect weeks.
Is this a contract, or can I cancel any time?
All memberships are month-to-month. There are no long-term contracts, and you can cancel it anytime. Stay because it’s working for you – not because you’re locked in.
What’s the difference between warrior foundation and warrior coaching?
Warrior foundation provides active programming, tracking, and in app messaging for guidance and support. Warrior coaching offers a more personalized experience, including customized programming, progression, ongoing feedback, and optional accountability calls. Warrior coaching is ideal if you want deeper support and hands-on guidance.
